Elite Scholars Academy Wins
Georgia Academic Decathlon – Again
PAGE congratulates Clayton County's Elite Scholars Academy for winning the Georgia Academic Decathlon 2024 state championship and the right to take home the Howard Stroud trophy. The team won the hardware after competing Feb. 22-24 at their home schools and at Kennesaw State University. Elite Scholars Academy, will be Georgia's representative to the United States Academic Decathlon national competition in Pittsburgh – along with Columbus High School, who will represent Georgia in the Division IV Competition, and North Atlanta High School, who will represent the state in the newly created Division V competition. Many thanks to Kennesaw State for its continued support of Georgia Academic Decathlon.

PAGE is grateful for all of the volunteers who joined us for the 38th Georgia Academic Decathlon. Whether it was judging speech and interview, providing guidance to participants, preparing snacks and water, or getting everything in place for the banquet, these volunteers made the event an great success!
The PAGE Georgia Academic Decathlon State competition couldn’t happen without the support of our volunteers. You are appreciated and we look forward to seeing you again next year!

PAGE Georgia Academic Decathlon (GAD) opens the door to academic achievement for all students.
An academic program for high school students, it challenges participants in 10 areas of study: Art, Economics, Essay, Interview, Literature, Mathematics, Music, Science, Social Science, and Speech.

GAD focuses on the importance of developing well-rounded individuals and provides an antidote to intellectual apathy and underachievement. This program provides incentive for average students, underachieving students, above-average students as well as academically talented students, to become interested in intellectual activities.
