The Professional Association of Georgia Educators presents THE TRANSFORMATIONAL PRINCIPAL INSTITUTE (TPI) – a professional learning experience that empowers principals and a team of up to three teacher leaders to transform schools into powerful learning environments where students thrive and teachers excel.
THE TRANSFORMATIONAL PRINCIPAL INSTITUTE blends innovation with real-world, real-time application in a collaborative experience. Facilitators provide the strategies, tools, and conceptual frameworks to guide participants in leading learning organizations.
PAGE welcomes any lead administrator in a Georgia school plus their three-member teacher team – principals, directors, headmasters – to register. Participants will acquire vital skills and practical knowledge to transform school culture.
The ABCs of Transformational Leadership
Session 1 –Assimilating the Team
Session 2 – Building the Plan
Session 3 – Communicating Progress & Results
Registration Information: The Transformational Principal Institute (TPI) is offered with no registration fee and all resources are provided. PAGE members will be reimbursed for their mileage and substitutes. Participants who successfully complete all components of the institute will earn the distinction and recognition as a PAGE Transformational Principal and will receive a certificate honoring the accomplishment. All meetings are held at the PAGE office in Atlanta. If you are interested in attending, but live outside the Metro area, please inquire about overnight lodging.
