Building a Toolbox for Leadership

The Professional Association of Georgia Educators introduces The Exceptional Assistant Principal (EAP) – a professional learning experience that offers Assistant Principals and a team of up to three teacher leaders the opportunity to improve leadership skills and add to their repertoire of strategies and tools.

The EAP blends innovation with real-world, real-time application in a collaborative experience. Participants will apply new skills.

PAGE welcomes Assistant Principals plus their three-member teacher team who desire to improve their ability to lead and innovate. The EAP experience is excellent preparation for future leadership positions.

EAP Content

Session 1 – Who Are You and What Is Your Role?

Session 2 – Strategies for Coaching for Excellence

Session 3 – Telling Your Story

Registration Information: The Exceptional Assistant Principal (EAP) is offered with no registration fee and all resources are provided. PAGE members will be reimbursed for their mileage and substitutes. Participants who successfully complete all components of the institute will earn the distinction and recognition as a PAGE Exceptional Assistant Principal and will receive a certificate honoring the accomplishment. All meetings are held at the PAGE office in Atlanta. If you are interested in attending, but live outside the Metro area, please inquire about overnight lodging.
