RE: PAGE Academic Bowl Competition Region 9

DATE: Saturday, December 6, 2025

LOCATION: Georgia Southwestern State University

Marshall Student Center (link to GSW map)

SCHEDULE: Registration: 8:30 - 9 a.m.

(in Faculty Dining Room located in the addition to the Marshall Student Center)

Orientation: 9 -9:30 a.m.

Competition: 9:30 until finished

Teams will be pre-assigned in two divisions. At the conclusion of the round robin play, the top two teams from each division will meet in a crossover to determine which two teams will advance to the State Championship at Georgia College on January 24, 2026.

The competition will begin promptly at 9:30 a.m. Teams arriving late with forfeit the rounds they miss unless the regional coordinator grants special permission (extenuating circumstances). MATERIALS: Please bring your buzzer systems and stopwatches. If you are unable to do so, please notify me prior to the competition.

There will not be a lunch break. The Americus Kiwanis Club will be providing some snacks, coffee, orange juice, soft drinks, and bottled water during registration.
