Scholarships Offered

PAGE Foundation Scholarships

PAGE Foundation scholarships are a one time award of $1,000 payable to the winner’s college or university.

All applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • be a current PAGE member.
  • have a 3.0 GPA or higher.
  • agree to teach in Georgia for three years.
  • submit three recommendation forms.
  • submit most recent cumulative transcript.
  • meet any additional criteria for specific scholarships as applicable.

Note: Applicant’s college/university may be in Georgia, outside Georgia or an accredited online program.

Professional Scholarships – for certified educators

  • PAGE Professional Scholarship
    Must be pursuing a graduate degree in education or content area, working to add a new certification area or endorsement, or taking required coursework to be highly qualified. (We regret that scholarships are not available to individuals who are taking courses to renew an existing certificate.)
  • PAGE Charles “Coach” Cooper Scholarship
    Must be pursuing an advanced degree in science education.
  • PAGE DeKalb Scholarship**
    Must be currently employed by the DeKalb County School System and planning to remain for the following school year.
  • PAGE Jack Christmas Scholarship
    Must be pursuing an advanced degree in elementary education or reading.
  • PAGE H. M. & Norma Fulbright Scholarship
    Must be serving as an advisor of a current, state-affiliated Future Georgia Educators (FGE) chapter or as a PAGE Academic Bowl team coach.

Support Personnel Scholarship – for classified school employees

  • PAGE Support Personnel Scholarship
    Must be employed as support personnel within a Georgia school system and pursuing initial certification.

Teacher Candidate Scholarships – for education majors not yet certified or employed by a school or system

  • PAGE Undergraduate Scholarship¬†and PAGE S. Marvin Griffin Scholarship
    Must be a rising college junior or senior accepted into an education program.
  • PAGE DeKalb Scholarship (TC)**
    Must be a rising junior, senior or graduate student and a graduate of a high school in the DeKalb County School System.
  • PAGE John Robert & Barbara Moore Lindsey Scholarship
    Must be a rising junior or senior, enrolled in or committed to enrolling in the education program at Georgia Southern University.
  • PAGE Betty J. Phillips Scholarship
    Must be a rising college junior, senior or graduate student, enrolled in or committed to enrolling in the education program at a Macon, Georgia, college or university.
  • PAGE Graduate Scholarship
    Must be pursuing an advanced degree in education and not yet certified or employed by a school or system.

PAGE Future Educator Scholarships – for high school seniors planning to pursue a career in teaching

All applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • be a high school senior and accepted into college.
  • have a 3.0 or higher GPA.
  • plan to pursue a career in teaching.
  • submit three recommendation forms.
  • meet any additional criteria for specific scholarships as applicable.

Note: Applicant’s college/university may be in Georgia, outside Georgia or an accredited online program.

High school scholarships are a one-time award of $500 payable to the winner’s college or university.

    • PAGE Dr. Alton Crews Future Georgia Educators Scholarship
      Must be a member in good standing of a state affiliated Future Georgia Educators (FGE) chapter.
    • PAGE Marcia T. Clanton Future Educator Scholarship
      Must be a student at Putnam County High School or a high school of the Savannah-Chatham County Public School System.
