High School Students who are enrolled in an Education Pathway (ECE or TAP) are eligible to join PAGE for $5 per year. This membership provides legal and liability coverage for their field experiences with younger students and a subscription to PAGE ONE Magazine. The membership is good for twelve months from the date they join.
High School students should enroll in PAGE through their Education Pathway teacher. Teachers can click on the links below to access necessary documents.

You have two options for the kind of membership application you would like to use–a student roster form, or individual applications.
Student Roster – A membership application where you can list multiple students on a single sheet of paper. Each student will have his or her own membership in PAGE, but all magazines will be delivered to you at your school address. This may be helpful for those teachers who plan to utilize the magazine in class. Please complete information for each student and enclose payment for entire group. If you need space for more than 12 students, use additional sheets.

Individual Membership Application – Each student fills out his or her own application, and you mail them all together in one envelope with payment. Magazines will be delivered to each student’s home address. Click here to download the application.
