Register Now for 2018-2019 PAGE Academic Bowl Regionals
Registration is now open for this year’s PAGE Academic Bowl for Middle Grades competition season. Only one team per school may register with a maximum of six teams representing their public school districts. For more information and to register, please visit the Dates and Registration page.
Additionally, PAGE has put together a new team of question writers. The questions will be more like the questions you may have heard in our competition prior to the 2017-2018 season. We will still be asking 12 questions per game, but the Toss-ups and Bonus questions will be matched and the Bonus questions will all be 1-, 2- or 4-part and will once again be worth 20 points each. The 2016-2017 set of questions will be added to the PAGE Question Store in October.

2018 PAGE Academic Bowl State Champion
The Paideia School won top honors at this year’s PAGE Academic Bowl for Middle Grades State Championship competition. The team won the title at the PAGE (Professional Association of Georgia Educators) event on Saturday, Jan. 20, 2018, at the Georgia College & State University (GC&SU) Arts and Sciences Auditorium in Milledgeville, GA. The Paideia School is an independent school located in DeKalb County.
During the morning session of the event, 24 semi-finalist teams from across the state competed in a round-robin competition. Eight teams emerged as finalists from that round of competition, and those teams competed against each other in the afternoon single-elimination competition session, with Paideia’s academic bowl team winning top honors. . . This video will also be helpful for new coaches, parents and students who want to hone their knowledge of the PAGE Academic Bowl rules.

Inclement Weather Policy
Competition will be postponed if bad weather forces the cancellation of classes at the host location or if a majority of participating schools have classes cancelled the day before the event. Competition will be rescheduled for the following weekend unless there are extenuating circumstances. Every effort will be made to notify all participating head coaches via email if postponement is necessary, and in all instances notification will be posted on this page of the website.
