RE: PAGE Academic Bowl Competition Region 8

TIME:  Registration: 8:30 – 9:15 AM
(in Faculty Dining Room located in the addition to the Marshall Student Center)
Orientation: 9:15 – 9:45 AM
Competition: 9:45 until finished
Teams will be pre-assigned in two divisions. At the conclusion of the round robin play, the top two teams from each division will meet in a crossover to determine which two teams will advance to State Competition at Georgia College on January 20, 2024.

The competition will begin promptly at 9:45 AM. Teams arriving late will forfeit the rounds they miss unless the regional coordinator grants special permission (extenuating circumstances). Please call Sam Peavy, 229-944-8033 if something happens to delay your team on the day of competition, or Sam Peavy at 229-931-2330 or 229-944-8033 if you need to cancel before competition day.

PLEASE BRING YOUR BUZZER SYSTEM AND STOPWATCH TO THE COMPETITION. IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO DO SO, PLEASE NOTIFY THE REGIONAL COORDINATOR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
