TIME: READERS report – 7:45 a.m.
Other VOLUNTEERS – 8:00 a.m.
Registration – 8:30 a.m.
Orientation – 9:15 a.m.
Competition – 9:30 a.m. – until completed (After six 12-question rounds.)
TEAM/VISITOR PARKING: When you pull into the Bremen Middle School/Academy driveway, stay STRAIGHT, and go to the BREMEN ACADEMY parking lot. Go in the door to the BREMEN ACADEMY office, and you will see the REGISTRATION table.
BMS STAFF and VOLUNTEER PARKING: Park on the Middle School side. The BMS office door will be locked, os you will need to enter on the Academy side.
The competition will begin promptly at 9:30 a.m. Teams arriving late will forfeit the rounds they miss, unless the regional coordinator grants special permission (extenuating circumstances). The regional coordinator reserves the right to limit the number of spectators per room. Please remind your families not to bring children who can not remain still and quiet in the competition rooms during rounds (younger than 4th grade).
There will be coffee and doughnuts for Coaches and Volunteers, and we will have a concession stand with coffee, doughnuts and other treats available from 8:30 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.
COACHES: Please bring your buzzer systems! You will leave the buzzers at the buzzer table, and you may pick them up at that table after the Meet. Also please have one parent/volunteer available to read just in case something happens.
