I want to know more about what our legal rights as teachers are when parents and/or students falsely accuse us of different things.  
   
I’m interested in finding out about RIF—reduction in force.  I know it’s a local decision, what’s in the policy, but I’m wondering if there are any state guidelines or federal guidelines for this policy?  
   
What does it take to get rid of a tenured teacher who performs poorly?
