Welcome to the PAGE Legal Services Section! This should be your first stop and resource when you have legal questions or concerns.  In this section, we address four areas.

When you have a problem or question that you think may have legal implications, call the PAGE Legal Department at either 770-216-8555 (Metro Atlanta) or 800-334-6861 (Outside Atlanta) to speak to one of our in-house staff attorneys. The best way to avoid having a situation escalate to a legal problem, is to call the PAGE Legal Department before the situation gets out of hand. It is very important to know your legal rights and responsibilities. Your membership with PAGE ensures that you will be informed of these without delay.Please do not call an outside attorney until you have first called the PAGE Legal Department. Our legal staff will review your situation and make the appropriate referral to one of our network attorneys in your area if necessary. In the event you are served with an arrest warrant, call the PAGE Legal Department for assistance. A receipt for the bail bond premium should be mailed to us along with the arrest warrant. This information will be forwarded to the insurance company for reimbursement. Please see our section on Legal and Liability Protection Plan for more information about this coverage.

How Did We Do?

The PAGE Legal Department handles approximately 9,000 calls per year. Many of these calls and concerns are resolved by one of our five staff attorneys. Others are referred to our network of sixty local attorneys statewide as appropriate. Regardless of how your situation was resolved, we want to know that we are providing high quality legal services, which we believe is the reason we have grown to more than 81,000 members.
